It’s amazing that we can have the real time feedback about the ratio of the proper to unproper muscles used during the stroke execution using this kind of equipment.

The information about the muscle usage is in real time, as the muscles are performing. Comparing these information with the biomechanical data, we can understand the correction point of the technique.

Not to mention that the coach can understand which muscles are not used and then focus the practice on implementing them into the stroke production through technical and conditioning exercises.
